- Integrating the scheduling of a delivery arrangement contributes to the achievement of maximum E-conversion. The customer can choose his own delivery moment, down to the nearest hour, and is sent a reminder by text message and/or e-mail, and hence is kept informed of the status of his order throughout the entire order process.
Home Delivery All orders are distributed from our sorting centre. You can select from two options:
- Reviva Group has its own courier service (Online Package Service) and delivers according to a very tight and well controlled planning schedule via an efficient route. The Online Package Service employs a no-failure policy, which we refer to as the Paperless Secure Delivery Process (PSDS®). The equipment needed for this service includes a tablet PC for digital personal identification and contract handling, and a portable POS terminal that allows payment transactions to be processed quickly and securely on the doorstep. The identity document that is shown is checked for authenticity on 42 points, followed by a further registration check in the Experian database. We can even perform upsell for you on the customer's doorstep. This also enables changes or additions to be made real-time, which are incorporated immediately in the contract. This unique system of digital personal identification and contract handling offers you security and the best possible E-conversion.
- Reviva Group has worked closely together with its partner, TNT Post Pakket Service, for many years according to their strict specifications. If a package cannot be delivered to the customer after two attempts, it is brought to the nearest post office, from where it can be collected during the next three weeks.
