Stock Management (e.g. SFMS®)
- At all Reviva Group's logistic centres your products are stored safely in a class 4 secured location. You simply deliver your products to us and we take care of them as if they were our own. This also means that your product range is monitored and aligned in the correct stock size and on the right conditions.
- Our knowledge and experience also enables us to offer you Stock Floating Management System (SFMS®). In other words: Reviva Group makes the stocks available to you on consignment. Billing is not performed until the moment an order leaves our warehouse. This eliminates stock risks and the burden of having capital tied up.
Order Fulfilment (pick & pack)
- The pick & pack-proces carried out accurately, quickly and reliably. The pick & pack process is customised to suit the product portfolio. A final check, including weight registration, is carried out for all orders in order to safeguard that the package has been correctly put together.
Activation Fulfilment
- The gross orders from your web shop are completed and processed in your provisioning system by Reviva Group. We have more than fifteen years' experience in processing subscription applications for all network operators. These also include credit checks, cleaning the orders and organising number porting. We can justifiably claim solid experience in the field of activation fulfilment!
Financial Fulfilment
- Reviva Group arranges and processes all your payment transactions, including incorrect or partial payments, refunds and returns. Reviva Group provides you with the solution for maximum E-conversion for these interruptions in the process.
