DOA & Repair Handling
- Our Repair Service allows you to guarantee an optimum level of service to your customers. We take care of all aspects of the administrative and logistical handling of repairs of various items of equipment on your behalf. We provide this service inclusive of a price quotation, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) requests and up-to-date track and trace. This allows your shop staff to focus fully on selling and providing service to the customers in your shop.
Refurbishment
- As soon as a modem or set-top box, for example, has been processed by the returns department, it will be sent to the test & refurbishment department. Reviva Group sets up a test area for testing the modems and set-top boxes that are returned. The returned modems and set-top boxes will be tested, according to your instructions, for a viable signal for telephone, internet and television. If the modems or set-top boxes are found not to be defective after testing, they will be reported again as new stock and added to the saleable stocks by means of a refurbishment. Modems and set-top boxes that are found to be defective will be reported conclusively as defective stock.
